Why Medifast Is The Best Weight Loss Program Ever!

So, why is Medifast the best weight loss program ever created? I don’t know that it is. Until today I’ve never heard of Medifast. I actually saw it come up on one of the Google AdSense ads here on WeightLossMaven.com today when I was contemplating keywords to optimize for. Through a little research I found that there are a lot of people searching for information on Medifast so I might as well plug in and share my two cents.

Here we are on the 4th day of January, 2012, and the annual New Years Weight Loss Resolution Revolution is underway. I know this based on numbers alone. Over the last 72 hours, WeightLossMaven.com has received more than 6000 visits via Google from people who are looking for ways to lose weight using EFFECTS.  Effects?  Now there’s a twist!  Let me explain…

Everything is cause and effect. It’s a Universal law. The Master Key System teaches that “…thought is the cause and the things with which we meet in life are the effect.” In essence, thoughts become things. Things like Slimfast, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, NutriSystem and other weight loss programs WERE the thoughts of someone and, in turn, they manifested as effects.

Effects, such as Medifast and countless others, are being promoted as THE solution to YOUR weight loss desires. We can easily prove that pursuing effects for the purposes of achieving effects doesn’t work ALL of the time. Yes, there are people who turn to programs like Medifast, Jenny Craig and others…  and get results. However, in MANY cases, the weight that is lost comes back because the person who made the decision to lose the weight, in the first place, never plugged into their CAUSE.

Again, “thought is the cause and the things with which we meet in life are the effects.” So, doesn’t it stand to reason, then, that your transformation must take place in your mind before it will ever manifest as an effect on your body?  Using effects like Medifast or NutriSystem is fine, but it’s only PART of the equation to success. The root of your success is based in your CAUSE… your mind, your image of you that permeates your consciousness.

Think about your current self image, right now.  If you are still overweight and/or obese and not where you want to be, that’s the image you see in the mirror of this heavy overweight body that is making you unhappy.  If you reflect for a moment you will realize that this is the SAME image you are seeing in your mind!  When You think of YOU, the heavy, overweight person is probably what you are seeing.  If the opposite was true then the effect would manifest itself in physical form through your body.

Medifast, Weight Watchers and the like… fantastic! They do a lot of good for a lot of people. By investing the time to implement mental fitness (meditation) along side the physical fitness and diet then your chances of success increase to a point of near certainty. The only reason you will fail is because you make a decision to fail.

Before your daily routine, whether it includes a Medifast meal, a Jillian Michaels workout or any other method or program you decide to implement, take 15 minutes to go where it’s quiet, clear your mind and just begin to create the mental picture of the completely transformed YOU! Do this everyday for 40 days and watch what happens. It’s also helpful to journal any thoughts you have during those times of meditation.  If you miss a day, during the 40 day transformation, start again and do this until you complete the full 40 days with complete continuity.
