You can have the best of both worlds with Nutrisystem! With Nutrisystem you can have your cake and eat it too, but only in moderation. Which brings me to my point with this blog post. Great post. Especially the part about eating smaller meals more often. Many people don’t realize that the act of metabolism by your body burns calories. Bigger meals fewer times tells your body to slow down the metabolism. Thus not as many calories burned. As you said, smaller meals more often “Keeps the Body Burning”.
