When Rob Lunny, the founder and CEO or RKL Nutraceuticals first spoke with me on the phone, a few short months ago, I had no idea that he had such an amazing weight loss story. While I don’t know all of the details, as he is busy working hard to promote the best nutritional product I’ve ever used, known as PuriPhyte, what I have learned about him has been nothing short of remarkable.

All you have to do is look at the pictures in this blog post to see how his life has transformed. Now I know that Rob is not the only extreme weight loss story on the Internet but it’s an important story for both myself and for many of the readers here at Ask The Weight Loss Maven.

When I started this blog I really didn’t know what to expect, to be completely honest, in regards to readership.  Little did I know that after four short weeks we would be seeing between 500 and 900 new visitors everyday, and counting.  Obviously people are searching for something better when it comes to weight loss and we are on a mission to provide that for you.

As someone who has gone through a major life transformation with weight loss my passion has gravitated naturally in this direction. My drive to assist others in their journey lead me to create a place online where people could come and get something more than the same old stuff they get on TV every 90 days. The weight loss story of someone else might inspire you and motivate you to take action, but it’s not enough to push you through to the finish when the going gets tough.

There is nothing easy about transforming your life. Don’t ever let anyone tell you different. Those who are pushing simple, fast weight loss are doing so for the simple reason that they know that you will spend your money on short cuts based on the unrealistic images they make in your mind. Most marketing for weight loss products and programs is nothing more than ego trying to convince you that you don’t need to part with IT to get where you want to be.

Transformation requires a change of mind before anything else. If you don’t believe that you can succeed then you won’t. Using products that supposedly allow you to take shortcuts are only setting you up for heartache and failure. The three key components to success in weight loss are mental fitness, proper nutrition and physical exercise. Without the mental fitness you will be hard pressed to find the strength and motivation to eat right and get into shape.

With the help of product formulator Dr. Steve Kushner, Rob Lunny has embarked upon a mission to assist people in changing their life through proper nutrition.
