I’ve been seeing Sensa show up more and more, on Google, so I decided to check it out today. Just when you thought you’d seen it all, in regards to weight loss, Sensa adds something new to world of appetite suppression that I have not seen before. I’ve seen and tried products that you sprinkle on food for the purposes of weight loss, similar to Sensa in that regard, but nothing that does what Sensa does.
There is some serious science and research behind Sensa. After looking at the diagrams on their site today I was amazed at how much thought went into creating an effect like this. I’m not going to re-create their site with duplicate content here. Click here if you’d like to take a look at the diagrams. It’s pretty remarkable stuff.
As you can imagine, the 2012 weight loss frenzy is in full effect. People are hammering Google and the major search engines looking for the latest and greatest in easy weight loss products and programs. Sensa is right there at the top of the list. While Sensa may be the effect that is right for you, there are other aspects of weight loss that you will want to consider before making a decision to use Sensa or any other product/program.
I’d like to call your attention to the image used in this blog post. If you look at the upper left hand corner you will see an image showing a weight loss progression. The image you see, in your mind, is the image that will appear AS your body. Thoughts become things. If you’ve been following this blog then this is not the first time you have heard me say this. A positive self image, inside, results in a great image outside!
Meditation and mental fitness is as important as diet and physical fitness, in regards to changing your body weight. When worry, burden and stress are carried emotionally, that shows up on the body as the effect of heaviness. When you are light hearted, happy and free, the same applies. The transformation process requires a change on the inside so that you will SEE the results on the outside.
Each morning, when I go for my workout, I spend 30 to 40 minutes in non-stop, intense exercise. Through the entire course of my workout I’m not thinking about how tired I may be or how glad I will be when it’s over… I’m envisioning my ideal body image the entire time. Doing this will bring about the change you are looking for much faster than just using effects like food and exercise to do the job. If you don’t get the mind right then there’s a very good chance all of your hard work will be for naught. Change must take place inside to remain constant outside.
Upon completion of my workout I go immediately into meditation during the cool down process, continuing to focus on the ideal body type as my body burns fat and meets the criteria of the image in my mind. This is one of the most important things that you can do, in terms of changing the shape of your body. Think of yourself as the potter and your body is the clay. What you create and mold in your mind is what will appear, over time.
