While looking through Google trends, this morning, searching for a “hot tip” on popular searches, right now,I ran across the key phrase “snooki weight loss”. Sure enough, my suspicions were right. It turns out that reality TV star Nicole Polizzi has made a few changes in her life and the results have been, you guessed it, Snooki weight loss.
I was intrigued so I decided to do some snooping around to get the inside scoop on the whole snooki weight loss craze and find out what she did. She obviously did something because her after pictures look fantastic. There was a little more at work here then just the decision to drop a few pounds, though.

What Is The Snooki Weight Loss Secret?
It turns out that, God bless her, she did it the old fashioned way… sweat and determination. Way to go Snooki! There are so many weight loss gimmicks, fads, and false promises out there, but nothing works better then just getting out there and putting some effort into it. I’ve said it here on Ask The Weight Loss Maven and it’s been said many times before… Most of the people who cheat their way thin don’t stay that way. The weight, in more than 90% of those cases, comes back.
One of the other interesting side notes I found concerning the snooki weight loss story was the fat burner she used.
